Project Days<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to membership approval, families are required to pay a <strong>maintenance levy as a bond<\/strong> of <strong>$210<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To redeem this levy, members must complete <strong>6 hours of maintenance per family per year<\/strong>. This may include participation in <strong>working bees, general maintanience and\/or project days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>project day<\/strong> is generally (but not always) an organised club event of approximately <strong>2 hours duration<\/strong>. Member participation must be <strong>meaningful and generous in nature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As some maintenance tasks are physically demanding, <strong>both parents\/guardians are expected to assist<\/strong> where possible. Children are welcome to participate in <strong>light and safe duties<\/strong> under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Executive Committee members<\/strong> and <strong>active Instructors<\/strong> are exempt from required project days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These members may still choose to participate voluntarily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternative Contributions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Executive Committee may approve <strong>alternative contributions<\/strong> in place of attending project days, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mowing the grounds outside of organised project days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other meaningful and valuable contributions to the club<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approval must be granted by the Executive Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Day Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dates will be published on the <strong>Pony Club <\/strong><strong>Facebook page<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members must <strong>sign in<\/strong> to record attendance (either in advance or on the day)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members must supply their own <strong>personal protective equipment (PPE)<\/strong>, such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety glasses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ear protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaiters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children under 18 years of age <strong>must be accompanied by a parent or guardian<\/strong> at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The club relies on members to <strong>actively volunteer and participate<\/strong> in maintaining the grounds and facilities. Please do not leave the work to the same few people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to project days, members are expected to assist with general duties at rallies and events, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Setting up and packing away equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in the canteen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping with other volunteer tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nerang Pony Club is Non For Profit and volunteer run club. The club relies on the support of its members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"Nomination-Information\"><strong>NOMINATION INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nomination Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most Pony Club events held outside of rallies including both official and unofficial competitions, can be entered via <strong>Nominate<\/strong> or <strong>JustGo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"Rally-Information\"><strong>RALLY INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; background-color: var(--global--color-background); color: var(--global--color-primary); font-family: var(--global--font-secondary);\">Rally Days are usually held on the first and third Sundays of each month.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gear check will commence at 9.00am with lessons to commence at 9.30am sharp.
